A graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts School of Film and Television, Patrick’s work is a blend of visuals with attitude, performance direction, comedy, and flawless post production.Patrick’s range of talents have led to his being recognized as one of Australia’s leading commercial directors. Having shot award-winning campaigns around the globe for brands such as Xbox, BMW, Honda, Mercedes, Vodafone, and Toyota, his unique perspective and fresh edge make him highly sought after both at home and abroad.In 2008, Patrick wrote and directed the ‘branded content’ romantic short film ‘Signs’, which quickly became an online sensation, attracting over 10 million viewers and winning a Gold Lion at Cannes 2009.In 2010 Patrick went on to write and direct his first feature ‘Red Hill’, which debuted at the Berlin International Film festival. This superb thriller received rave reviews and was the fastest selling film at the festival. A modern day western, ‘Red Hill’ was released by Sony Pictures in the US and Momentum Pictures in the UK.Currently based in Los Angeles, Patrick is excited at the prospect of working more in Europe.
