    I think it's a big challenge to sell this kind of product. You don't wake up one day and decide to replace all your faucets because of an interesting commercial. And for apartment dwellers, advertising from Delta is kind of wasted. But I think this commercial helps put the product brand across successfully and maybe if someone were going to Home Depot to investigate new faucets, they would include this brand along with others being investigated.

    Imagine you're a lot older than you are now, and possibly even suffer from crippling arthritis. Maybe not such a big challenge to sell this technology now, eh?

    Clear message from a functional stand point, yet something is missing. It doesnt help me go and buy the product, even if I am at the stage of renovating or preparing a house. Reason be: ad doesnt connect at all on the emotional level.
