Reuben joined MRM Worldwide as CEO in 2004 and led the transformation of the agency by integrating multiple specialist agencies into a single global digital and direct marketing powerhouse that has 62 offices in 40 countries.
Building on his deep knowledge and experience counseling some of the world’s top brands, Reuben heads a team of more than 2,500 employees around the world, who are dedicated to helping clients lead the market in creating Customer UtilityTM, loyalty, and return on marketing investment. MRM counts Intel, Microsoft, GM, MasterCard, ExxonMobil, and Verizon among its largest clients.
Before joining MRM, Reuben was an executive vice president at Digitas, where he was key in building the company from a 200-person direct-marketing agency in Boston to a leading digital agency. Reuben created and led the strategic planning group and helped Digitas expand beyond Boston by opening offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York, among others. He was also part of the executive team that took the company public. In addition to his office leadership, he led clients such as FedEx, Fidelity Investments, Best Buy, Charles Schwab, Whirlpool, The New York Times, and Allstate.
