For more than 25 years Carl Erik has worked within the advertising and media business both nationally and internationally. During his career he has built business for Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, Coop, Sony, Renault, Synoptik and Volkswagen – just to name a few.

For the last six years Carl Erik has been managing the Nordic group of agencies at Grey – building the network to a number one position in terms of revenue and creativity.
Before that he spent five ‘glorious’ years at Grey Copenhagen transforming the agency into a creative powerhouse and a market leader.

In 2000, Carl Erik was promoted to Country Manager responsible for driving Grey’s operations across all disciplines in Denmark. In 2002, his responsibilities were expanded in his new role as Nordic Manager of Grey’s advertising business.

Before joining Grey Carl Erik worked at DDB for eight years. To Carl Erik, a high creative standard is vital for a successful agency – the talent comes first to create the work that will attract the clients. Carl Erik’s vast experience also goes beyond advertising as he sits on a number of boards around the world among others Trunk and Harboe. Additionally, he’s a passionate sailor and he regularly participates in Farr 40 races.
