Eric is CCO at DDB Tribal in Germany. He started his career in 1994, after the graphic design studies at the Cologne Westagadvertising agency. He started there as a layout artist, was promoted to art director and finally as Group Head. Five years later he moved to DDB Dusseldorf. There, Eric served as Art Director clients such as Henkel, Schwarzkopf, AXA, Volkswagen, and Der Spiegel. In 2004 he was part of the Board as Executive Creative Director and Managing Director. Since 2011 Eric is Chief Creative Officer leading and promoting the creative potential of a new agency model DDB Tribal. With his open and inquisitive nature he positively influences the teamwork within the agencies.
