Michael Conrad began his career in Germany working for Y&R, then Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA. He founded Lürzer, which has been merged with Leo Burnett. In 1986, he moved to Chicago to become President of Leo Burnett International (global accounts). 10 years later, he was named Vice Chairman & Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Worldwide. He retired in 2003 and has been then involved in educational projects with the ADC Germany.
Michael Conrad has presided several international juries including the Cannes Lions.
